Depending on the programme and region, up to 80 % of consulting and implementation costs are subsidised — higher rates apply in the new federal states than in the old ones. Example: with a €5,000 project and a 50 % funding rate, you effectively pay €2,500. Implementation only begins after the funding commitment has been secured.
